Extra compliance stress — Oregon law built in

ScopeCast handles the paperwork. You focus on the inspection.
Input
Upload your walkthrough — video, photos, or voice
Walk the property the way you always have. After the inspection, upload your video walkthrough, any photos you snapped, and voice memo notes directly from your phone or computer.
ScopeCast accepts all common formats — MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG, M4A, MP3. No special equipment required. Your existing workflow, automated.
- Video walkthroughs (MP4, MOV, WebM)
- Photos from any device or camera
- Voice memos and audio recordings
- Drag-and-drop or mobile upload
AI Engine
AI that speaks Oregon compliance — not generic tech
Most AI tools generate reports that look good but miss critical Oregon-specific fields. ScopeCast was trained on OAR 812-008 — the Oregon Administrative Rules that govern home inspectors in this state.
The system automatically identifies issues, classifies them by severity, and populates every required disclosure field. You review; you don't rebuild from scratch.
- Reads and transcribes your voice recordings
- Tags findings from photos and video frames
- Applies OAR 812-008 required disclosure language
- Flags items needing your professional judgment
Output
Professional PDF reports your clients trust
ScopeCast produces a clean, professional PDF report — not a raw AI dump. Every report includes your CCB license number, required inspection sections, severity classifications, and client-ready language.
Review the draft, make any edits, and send it directly to your client. Most inspectors go from walkthrough to delivered report in under 10 minutes.
- Branded PDF with your CCB license number
- All OAR 812-008 required sections included
- Clear Pass / Caution / Deficient ratings
- Email delivery directly to your client

Questions from Oregon Inspectors
Straight answers. No marketing speak.
Is ScopeCast actually compliant with Oregon OAR 812-008?
Yes. ScopeCast was built specifically around Oregon's Administrative Rules for home inspectors (OAR 812-008). The AI engine applies the required standards of practice and includes all mandated disclosure language, section coverage, and reporting fields. You still review and sign every report — ScopeCast handles the writing, you provide the professional judgment.
Do I need special equipment or a different camera?
No. Any smartphone video works fine — iPhone, Android, or a dedicated camera. For photos, any JPEG or PNG works. For voice notes, the built-in voice recorder on your phone is enough. ScopeCast processes common formats: MP4, MOV, JPG, PNG, M4A, MP3, and more.
How long does report generation actually take?
Most reports are ready within 3–5 minutes of upload on the Pro plan, and 5–8 minutes on Solo. The time depends on video length and number of photos. A typical 2-hour walkthrough with 30 photos processes in under 5 minutes.
Can I edit the report before sending it to my client?
Absolutely. Every report goes through a review step before it's sent. You can edit any section, add notes, remove findings, or adjust language. ScopeCast gives you a fully-editable draft — you're always the licensed professional of record.
What happens if I do more than 30 inspections in a month on the Solo plan?
If you're consistently exceeding 30 reports, we'll prompt you to upgrade to Pro (unlimited). You won't be cut off mid-month — we'll notify you and give you time to decide. Most high-volume inspectors find Pro pays for itself in the first week.
Does my CCB license number appear on the report?
Yes. Your Oregon CCB license number is included on every report you generate through ScopeCast. You enter it once during account setup and it appears automatically on all future reports.
Is my client's property data secure?
Yes. All uploads and report data are encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell or share inspection data. Reports are stored securely and accessible only to your account. We comply with Oregon's data privacy requirements.
